Today there was a telephone conversation between the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the northern part of the white marble capital to get acquainted with issues related to the construction of a large residential complex – Ashgabat City.
As reported earlier, yesterday, President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, on a working visit to Akhal velayat, visited the International Akhalteke Equestrian Complex in connection with the birth of a beautiful cream-coloured foal here. It was born of the Gozbash and Keikilkhan races belonging to the legendary lineage of Pereng. It was a joyous event for the first days of the new 2022, which was held under the motto “The Epoch of the People with Arkadag”.
On the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Serdar Berdimuhamedov was on a working trip in Tashkent, the capital city of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where they held meetings in order to further effectively develop interregional cooperation, discuss key areas of bilateral trade, economic, political and diplomatic collaboration.
Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has made a working trip to Akhal region and familiarized himself with a large-scale work carried out for construction of a new modern administrative centre of the given region.

In order to further increase in the Prosperous Epoch of the Powerful State the world fame of the “heavenly horses”, the national pride and heritage of the Turkmen people, a fine model of beauty, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree ordering to allocate funds to the State Association “Türkmen atlary” for upgrading horse breeding complexes, further enhancement of conditions for keeping horses and selection work, development of equestrian sports and training art, as well as the improvement of social and living conditions of horse breeders.
Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on the digital system, which was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge of the agro-industrial complex and the hyakims of the velayats.
For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Turkey, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Malta purchased low-sulphur fuel oil, motor gasoline, hydrotreated diesel fuel and lighting kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as diesel fuel produced at the Seydi oil refinery factory. Representatives of business circles from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan purchased technical sulfur (GK Türkmengaz).
