Within the framework of the Dialogue of High-Ranking Women, representatives of the national parliaments of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan held a videoconference consultative meeting on February 23.
According to the Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan:
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Khyakim of Balkan Velayat in charge for education, culture, health care, and sports, Bahargul Mamyeva was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and serious shortcomings in work.
In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Legal Acts", President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree on amending Presidential Decree No. 1077 dated November 29, 1993 "Concerning State Duty ".

On February 22, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, General Director of the State Association «Türkmen atlary», heads of the regions and Ashgabat. Priority subjects of social and economic development of the country, seasonal agricultural works and other important matters of the state life have been reviewed at the session.
The President of Turkmenistan has signed an Order, authorizing Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov to go on a working trip to the city of Ankara, the Republic of Turkey on February 22-24, 2021 to hold Turkmenistan-Turkey foreign ministerial-level consultations and to participate in a Turkmenistan-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral foreign ministers’ meeting.
On February 19, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held regular video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where actual issues of the state life as well as drafts of some documents have been reviewed.
Following the traditionally good-neighborly relations and friendly cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, based on the principles of mutual respect and support, in order to transfer the products manufactured in our country to the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation as a sign of friendship and good-neighborliness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing:
