Petrochemical production and textile are leading in exchange trades

30 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange last week.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have bought gasoline, technical kerosene and industrial oil produced by Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. Liquefied gas from Seydi Refinery was bought by businessmen from Afghanistan.

In addition, representatives of business circles from UAE have bought cotton yarn for foreign currency. Total amount of transactions was around 19,000,000 US dollars.

For national currency, representatives of business circles from India have bought cotton yarn to the amount of more than 292,000 manats.

For local market, Turkmen businessmen have bought colorless sheet glass and cotton fiber. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 12,200,000 manats.
