The FAO Sub-Regional Representatives Office for Central Asian countries holds series of training webinars on the Sustainable Development Goals’ indicators for ministers, profile departments and organizations of Turkmenistan, which achievement is coordinated by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has defined stable progress of national economy, efficient development of industrial, investment, social, agricultural, transport and communication spheres and sphere of services, rational use of natural resources, strengthening of foreign economic relations, improvement of competiveness of local manufacturers as the main components of economic policy of Turkmenistan.

Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a videoconference meeting with Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Mukhisa Kituyi of Kenya and Assistant Administrator, Director of the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Mirjana Spoljaric Egger. The meeting was also attended by UNDP Resident Representative a.i. in Turkmenistan, Natia Natsvlishvili.

The videoconference meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for political and economic issues Adel Siraj Saleh took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Turkmen leader signed the Resolution, having requested to hand over one ambulance vehicle UAZ 39629-016 from the reserve fund of the President of Turkmenistan to the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry of free basis and in set order.
