Opening of new big medical facilities, International Burn Center and Aesthetic Centre has been held in Ashgabat with participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The Speaker of the Mejlis, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of various departments, military and law enforcement agencies, mass media, the head of Ashgabat administration as well as medical specialists from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and personnel of health protection sphere of Turkmenistan took part in the events. The Head of the State has addressed the participants with greeting speech. The Constitution of our independent state sets out that human being is the highest values of the society and state. Following this, we determined the provision of people of high quality medical services, increment of longevity of citizens among the main directions of the government policy, Turkmen leader highlighted. The State Health Program is very important in development and bringing of health protection sphere of our country to the world level. Colossal work is carried out in the country for implementation of objectives provided by the Program. Legal base of the sphere is also strengthened. During the speech, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that specialized hospitals, health centers, diagnostic centers, sanatoriums, medical industry facilities, which are provided with modern equipment, are built and put into operation all over the country. Special attention is also paid to development of medical science, which is mandatory conditions of quality of practical medicine, training of good specialists, improvement of their professional qualification, exchange of practice with foreign colleagues. Wide-scale cooperation is expanded with developed countries like Germany, Austria, Japan, United States of America, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Turkey and other states in the result of open doors policy in health protection sphere. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has made special mention of the efficiency of beneficial cooperation with the World Health Organization, the United Nations Children and Population Funds, Development Program and other competent international structures. Today, we are opening two medical facilities, the Head of Turkmenistan said. New International Burn Center and Aesthetic Centre, which have been built in the capital, are the evidence of care of the people’s health. Modern five-story building of Burn Complex, which has been built by Turkish Gap Inşaat, is designated for 130 patients where 20 beds are for children, 80 for adults and 30 in plastic and rehabilitation surgery and intensive care department. The structure of the Center includes reception with ambulance service, consultative and diagnostic departments, laboratory, rehabilitation department, endoscopy, disinfection and in-patient treatment departments. It has decompression chambers, which allow providing treatment of six patients simultaneously. It will give opportunity to the doctors to provide medical assistance to people with burning wounds. The Aesthetic Center also has all necessary conditions for provision of qualitative cosmetology services to the citizens in all directions of beauty and aesthetic. It has medical and specialized equipment based on innovative technologies from the leading companies of the world. The departments of Aesthetic Center offer treatment and health improving services for support of beauty of human body, courses for weight correction, massage, relaxation procedures, hair cutting and cosmetology services. It will conduct early detection of various foot diseases including the symptoms caused by diabetes. The Center will also provide consultations to the citizens, organize training courses in general directions of aesthetic medicine, seminars with participation of local and foreign specialists, classes for improvement of qualification of personnel of this direction. “Dear fellow countrymen!
