President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Minister of Defence, Head of the State Border Guard Service, Minister of Interior, Minister of National Security, Head of Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Migration Service are assigned to retire military personnel who completed their duties in ceremonial atmosphere according to retiring plans and to encourage the best soldiers in military, social and humanitarian training with prizes.

Opening ceremony of the complex of facilities of «Türkmen alabaý itleri» business entity was held in Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat. Deputies of the Mejlis, heads of administration of Ahal Velayat, honoured elders, personnel of cultural sphere, students and local residents took part in the opening ceremony of the first in the country facility of this profile.

Opening ceremonies of three apartment buildings and facility for production of decorative items from cast metal were held in Dashoguz Velayat. The events were timed to the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan Independence.

Agricultural workers in Dashoguz velayat launched the cotton picking campaign.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan Yerkebulan Sapiyev, who presented credentials to the Turkmen leader.

The presentation of the new publication by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ""Turkmen Alabay"" took place in the conference hall of the Agricultural Complex in Ashgabat. Government officials, leaders and representatives of all structures of the domestic agricultural sector, industry departments, state nature reserves, specialized scientific institutes, educational institutions and the media attended the event.

Unanimous adoption of the Resolution on declaration of 2021 as International Year of Peace and Trust proposed by Turkmenistan by the member states at the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly indicates big requirement of this initiative of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a briefing dedicated to the adoption of the UN General Assembly Resolution “2021 International Year of Peace and Trust” initiated by the President of Turkmenistan and to the release of the Final Statement of Caspian Economic Forum in official UN languages as an official document of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Germany to Turkmenistan Neithart Höfer-Wissing, who presented credentials to the President of Turkmenistan.
