For a great success in strengthening of the state independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, considering the merits in development of healthcare system of our country, as well as on occasion of the Day of Healthcare Workers and Medical Industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In order to further increase the glory of "paradise" horses - the national pride and heritage of the Turkmen people in the epoch of power and happiness as well as to increase their livestock and proper maintenance, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, allowing the "Türkmen atlary" State Association to conclude a contract with the private enterprise "Nur bina gurluşyk» for the design and construction of a modern stable for 600 Ahalteke horses in the Geoktepe etrap of the Ahal velayat with the improvement of the adjacent territory and laying external supply engineering communications, electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage and connecting them to a common system.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Purchekov Charymyrat Hyvaliyevich was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of the ministries and branch departments under his supervision.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Minister of Internal Affairs Ovezdurdy Geldievich Hojanyyazov was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work, with the last warning to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible.
