President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Articles 54, 56 and 72 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, have issued decrees to:

 By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Police Lieutenant Colonel Babagulyev Myrat Babagulyevich was relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the «Turkmenaragatnashyk» Agency of Transport and Communications at the Cabinet of Ministers Hudaygulyev Hajymyrat Shihmyradovich was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen delegation is sent to mission to Tehran city of the Islamic Republic of Iran for holding the working meetings on important areas of relationships established between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities", and with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No771 dated 29 May, 2020, “On improving the organization of licensing activities in Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, having approved the Provisions on licensing of aviation activity.
