To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan Bayramov Atadurdy Haldurdyyevich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of the Philippines (with residence in Tokyo).
The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree, according to which for the great personal contribution to strengthening independence and sovereignty, consolidating the defence capability, territorial integrity and constitutional system of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public order and legality, for the exemplary performance of military duties and high rate in combat training, taking into account many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Homeland, our courageous people, for conscientious and exemplary work, special services to the state and society, great successes in fruitful state and public activities, as well as in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day, a group of military personnel and employees of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies were awarded medals of Turkmenistan.
In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program “Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: National program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052”, the harmonious development of the regions, further improving the living standards of the population, as well as the implementation of the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated June 16, 2023 # 598 “On issues of development of Arkadag city”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.
