In order to widely cover the socio-economic reforms being implemented in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, further building up the multifaceted relations of Turkmenistan with foreign countries, scaling up the introduction of modern technologies and scientific achievements into production, attracting investments in segments of the economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the List exhibitions, fairs, conferences and festivals planned for holding by ministries and departments in 2024, as well as the composition of the organizing commission for their holding.

To release Haljanov Atageldi Bayjanovich from posts of Permanent representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Office at Geneva (Swiss Confederation, Geneva city), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation and simultaneously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Vatican (with residence in Geneva) in connection with his transfer to another work.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov, was sent to the city of Vienna (Republic of Austria) from 26^th to 30^th of November, 2023 to participate in the 20^th session of the General Conference of the Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) of the United Nations Nations and discussing issues of bilateral partnership in the field of construction and industry, as well as holding meetings with the leadership of UNIDO and the Vienna City Administration.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, was sent to the city of Dushanbe (Republic of Tajikistan) on the 26^th to 28^th of November, 2023 to participate in the 12^th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Tajik Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic and scientific and technical cooperation.

In order to rationally and effectively use the country’s land resources, as well as regulate land relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the composition of the State Commission on Land Issues.

In order to further improve the activities of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, the proper training of qualified managers and employees for state authorities and local self-government, as well as specialists for non-state enterprises and organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving:

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to further increase the level of housing and communal services in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, familiarize with the production and technical characteristics of specialized machines, related equipment, units and equipment for public utilities, meeting international standards of efficiency and environmental safety, our delegation of the country, headed by the hakim of the city of Arkadag Sh. Durdylyyev, was sent to the Federal Republic of Germany from 13th to 18th of November, 2023.

For big success and high results in strengthening of independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, improvement of economic power of the country, implementation of the state programs of development of agricultural branch of the economy, government and public activity, special merits to independent state and native people, taking into account honest and exemplary work as well as on occasion of the Harvest Holiday, I hereby resolve:

To release Niyazliyev Batyr Gurbanmyradovich from posts of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.) and concurrently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with his transfer to another post.
