To release Nazarmyradov Nazarmyrat Geldimyradovich from the post of Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another position.

To appoint Ovezliyev Mulkaman Gulnepesovich Chairman of the State Association “Türkmengallaönümleri” and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Atayev Begmyrat Gurbangeldiyevich Chairman of the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Atayev Gochmyrat Bayramgeldiyevich Chairman of the State Association of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry of Turkmenistan and to release him from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Berdiniyazov Nurmuhammet Arslanovich Chairman of the State Association “Türkmenobakhyzmat”.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Atamyrat Halmyradovich Durdyyev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Concern «Türkmenhimiýa».

In order to successfully implement the country’s investment plans, ensure high-quality completion on time of the construction of large industrial and social infrastructure facilities scheduled for commissioning in 2024, create new jobs in the regions, as well as further improve social and living conditions and the well-being of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order according to which the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, khyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat city are assigned to monitor the high-quality completion of the construction on time and the commissioning of the relevant large production and social facilities this year.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decide:

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Education», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Regulations on state accreditation of educational activities.

Following the age-old traditions of good relations and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to send humanitarian aid to the Kyrgyz people on behalf of the Turkmen people in February 2024 in connection with the current situation in the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order according to which the State Concern «Türkmengaz» will donate free of charge to the Kyrgyz Republic 2 thousand tons of liquefied natural gas to the Republic as friendly and fraternal assistance.
