With a view to solve successfully the goals designated in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Program of Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, further increase of standard of living of population, industrial development of regions, realisation the cluster project, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to instruct to construct services as well as industrial projects for manufacture of food, industrial, pharmaceutical and medical products in Arkadag city in 2023-2026.

In order to further develop in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state of the domestic educational sphere and strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on innovative technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced technology that meets international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the Articles 43, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Court, I hereby decree as follows:

During the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State in our country all conditions for education of the competent and well-educated younger generation, which brings a worthy contribution to achievements of modern science are created. The training of the professionally competent youth with higher education and a broad outlook for the bright future of our fatherland - one of our main tasks. With a view of encouragement of our talented youth into topical and fundamental research activities in science, education and innovative technologies, according to Decree № 14109 of the President of Turkmenistan “On organization of the competition of scientific works among the youth of Turkmenistan” of February 6, 2015 as well as on the occasion of Day of Science I decree:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, allowing 289 pilgrims to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj from June 22 to July 15, 2023.

This year of the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, held under the motto «Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar», large-scale work is being carried out in the name of a bright future for Turkmen youth.

In order to successfully solve the tasks provided for in the «National Program for the Development of Civil Aviation of Turkmenistan for 2012-2030», as well as the consistent modernization of the aircraft fleet and ensuring flight safety, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the «Türkmenhowaýollary» Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers conclude a contract with Boeing (USA) for the purchase of 4 «Boeing 737-8 aircraft».

In connection with the accession of Turkmenistan to the «Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road Concerning the Electronic Waybill», as well as in order to further improve the execution of the waybill, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, instructing the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet Ministers to ensure the creation of an electronic information exchange system of the Electronic Waybill of the Agency «Türkmenawtoulaglary», as well as, together with the Ministry of Adalat, within a month, prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.

In order to successfully implement the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, ensure its reliable and effective integration into the structure of the world economy, as well as harmonize issues related to Turkmenistan's membership in the World Trade organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, in accordance with which a Working Commission was established to develop a Memorandum on the procedure for foreign trade of Turkmenistan, and its composition was approved.

In order to strengthen, within the framework of the National Strategy of Turkmenistan on climate change in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, control over the effectiveness of work to systematically reduce the volume of greenhouse gases, and mainly methane emissions that occur in various sectors of the economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which an Intersectoral Commission for the Reduction of Methane Emissions was created, and the composition of the above-mentioned commission and its Regulations were approved.  mn
