In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decide:
to release Justice Adviser Shyhmammedov Ovezmammet from the post of prosecutor of the city of Ashgabat for improper performance of official duties and serious shortcomings in his work.
