By the decision of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Eshayev Yusupguly Ashyrgulyyevich was elected chairman of the Committee of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
To appoint Mylkyev Atajan Orazmyradovich Hyakim of the Gordzhav etrap of the city of Arkadag.
With a view to popularize great achievements of the country, to familiarize with opportunities of the smart city- city of Arkadag, which has not analogues in the region and where digital solutions and latest technologies have been introduced and to inform the wide public with large-scale work and measures taken in city planning and results gained in this area in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State as well as to publish various articles and materials on the life of population of the city, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, according to which, as a legal entity, the editorial office of the newspaper “Arkadag’ was established and its statute was approved.
In connection with institution of a special legal status for Arkadag city -the city of state significance in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Arkadag city” as well as with a view of improvement of the activity of the Main Archive Department under the Cabinet of Ministers, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to establish the National Archives of Arkadag city under the Main Archive Department of the Cabinet of Ministers.
With a view of analysis of technical condition of the drainage-communications tunnel, which passes through the land plot along A.Niyazov Avenue of Ashgabat city allotted for the shopping and entertainment and business centre according to Decree № 1152 of the President of Turkmenistan of December 26, 2019, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree. In accordance with the document, the interdepartmental commission was set up to analyse the technical condition of the above-mentioned tunnel and its staff was approved.
In connection with the establishment of a special legal status for the city of Arkadag in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On the city of Arkadag» - a city of state significance, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the khyakimlik of the city of Arkadag, Ahal velayat, was renamed the hakimlik of the city of Arkadag.
In connection with the formation of Kyarizek etrap and Gorjava etrap in the city of Arkadag, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, in accordance with which the hakimlik of Karizek etrap and Gorjav etrap of the city of Arkadag were created.
