In accordance with articles 25, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court” I decree:

appoint Charyev Azamat Beshimovich as a judge of the Balkan velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of judge on administrative and executive proceedings of the Mary etrap court Mary velayat;

appoint Meredov Vepa Muhammetmyradovich as judge of Mary velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of judge on administrative and executive proceedings of Berkararlyk etrap courts of the city of Ashgabat;

appoint Dzhennet Rejepovna Almazova as judge of the Kopetdag etrap court the city of Ashgabat and assign it the 5th qualification class;

appoint Ataev Nurguly Byashimgulyevich as a judge of the Bereket etrap court Balkan velayat and assign it the 5th qualification class;

appoint Arslanov Dayanch Byashimovich as a judge of the Akdepe etrap court Dashoguz velayat and assign it the 5th qualification class;

appoint Akmyradov Toyly Dovletdurdyevich as a judge of the Kerkinsky etrap court of Lebap velayat and assign it the 5th qualification class;

appoint Yagshygulyev Serdar Amangeldi ogly as a judge of the Murgap etrap court of Mary velayat and assign it the 5th qualification class;

appoint Ovezmammedova Pyakize Ybragym gyzy as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

appoint Abdyllaev Akmuhammet Geldimyradovich as a judge for administrative and executive proceedings of the Byuzmeyinsky etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign it the 5th qualification class; 

due to the expiration of his term of office, release Nuryev Annageldi Allalyevich from the post of judge of the Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan;

due to the expiration of her term of office, release Gylychlyeva Ogulgovher Shamuhammedovna from the position of judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city Ashgabat.
