In order to improve the provision of the country with workers with higher and secondary vocational education in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to improve the recognition in Turkmenistan of documents on higher and secondary vocational education issued in foreign countries, as well as to fulfill the obligations arising from the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications on higher education in the European Region, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, according to which the Innovation and Information Centre of the Ministry of Education is designated as an institution authorized to carry out the functions of national information centres specified in the Convention on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications for Higher Education in the European Region.
