By the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Public Prosecution of Turkmenistan”, the following were appointed:

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Muhammet Allamyradovich Hydyrov, Minister of Interior Affairs, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Maksat Agamyradovich Hudaykuliyev, Chairman of the State Customs Service, was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work and was given a final warning to correct the shortcomings in shortest period.

Gochmollayev Begench Hojagulyevich is appointed Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan and released from the post of Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.

Nuriyev Yagmyr Dovletmyradovich is released from the post Editor-in-chief of “Diyar” magazine due to his transfer to another post.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, resolution № 1 of the general meeting of shareholders of “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan of July 26, 2022 on release of Khayitmyradov Agamyrat Bayramgeldiyevich from the post of chairman of the above-mentioned agency in connection with his transfer to another post was approved.

Assign the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Begench Orazmyradovich Durdyyev.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on introducing appropriate amendments and additions to the volumes of petroleum products for domestic consumers approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 2572 dated January 21, 2022 for 2022.

In order to further strengthen friendly ties and good-neighborly relations between peoples, as well as to promote physical culture and sports, to actively promote the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society, to widely attract the younger generation to sports, to increase the international sports authority of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Ministry of Sports and youth policy, together with the International SAMBO Federation, to hold the World SAMBO Championships in the martial arts sports complex of the Olympic village in Ashgabat in November 2025.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Meredova Ogulsheker Rejepberdiyevna was dismissed of the post of Deputy Hakim of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat for health reasons.
