In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, as well as increase the productivity of oil wells through the introduction of modern technologies and special equipment into production, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the State Concern "Turkmennebit" to enter into a contract with PJSC "Tatneft" of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) on the performance of services to increase the flow rate of oil wells at the Goturdepe oil and gas field, concluded in accordance with Decree No. 11189 of the President of Turkmenistan On the provision of special services by the State Concern «Turkmennebit» dated July 30, 2010, to conclude in the prescribed manner an additional agreement on the provision of services at at least 550 oil wells at the Goturdepe oil and gas field, including those where work is underway in accordance with the above contract.

In order to turn our country into the era of «Revival of a new era of a powerful state» into a flowering garden, create forest zones and properly care for tree seedlings, as well as the implementation of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 2605 dated February 18, 2022 «On planting trees in Turkmenistan in 2022 » The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering to hold a nationwide tree planting campaign in the country on March 20, 2022.

In order to successfully implement the investment projects of our country, complete the construction of large facilities and structures for industrial and social purposes, scheduled for commissioning in 2022, on time and at a high quality level, create new jobs in the regions, as well as further improve the social living conditions and material well-being of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, the hyakims of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to implement control over the completion of the construction on time and with high quality and commissioning in 2022 of the relevant large facilities and structures for industrial and social purposes.

In order to ensure high-level management of the Ahal Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center in the new modern administrative center of the Akhal Velayat and parking lots on its territory upon completion of their construction, to provide state support for the activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship,  as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On guardianship and trusteeship» and part five, number one of article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On property», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to transfer free of charge in accordance with the established procedure to the balance of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry the building  according to the Decree No. 2227 of the President of Turkmenistan «On the construction of the Ahal velayat children's health and rehabilitation center in the new modern administrative center of the Ahal velayat» dated April 16  For 2021, the Ahal Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center, including an administrative building, a kindergarten for 150 places, a hospital for 100 places and a children's health center, as well as those under construction in accordance with Resolution No. 2560 of the President of Turkmenistan «On the construction of parking lots in the Ahal  Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center» dated January 13, 2022 after the completion of their construction.

The President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan on the plan of joint work and holding events in 2022 in the main areas of activity of the Halk Maslakhaty and the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan.

In order to properly organize the work of the State Agency for Motor Roads Construction Management, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Regulations on the above-mentioned State Agency.

In order to successfully address the problems of developing the sericulture industry in the period “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State”, as well as increasing the quantity and improving the quality of silkworm cocoons produced, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree instructing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Preservation and the khyakimliks of velayats to ensure the production of 2 thousand 3 hundred tons of silkworm cocoons in 2022, including 300 tons in the Akhal Velayat, 50 tons in the Balkan Velayat, 500 tons in the Dashoguz Velayat, 1010 tons in the Lebap Velayat, and 440 tons in the Mary Velayat.

In order to implement effective measures in the period “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State” to popularize and widely establish healthy lifestyle standards among the population, combat tobacco, further improve the health of citizens and increase people’s life expectancy, turn Turkmenistan into a tobacco-free country by 2025, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the National Program for Turning Turkmenistan into a Tobacco-Free Country for 2022-2025, the Action Plan for its implementation, as well as members of the established Interdepartmental Coordination Commission for the implementation of this National Program.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan on Railway Transport, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Procedure for marking and using zones of branch railways.
