With a view of creation of favourable conditions for population of the country to celebrate International Day of Neutrality and to enjoy a good rest as well as in accordance with the second part of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has decreed:
Taking into account their service before our sovereign state and our people as well as on the occasion of International Day of Neutrality, for their great achievements in strengthening of independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, augmentation of economic power of our country, implementation of state programs for development of oil and gas, industrial, transport, agricultural, cultural and other spheres of economy and their fruitful public and social activity, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has issued the decree to award several citizens of our country the medal «Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin».
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for their great achievements in strengthening of independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, augmentation of economic might of our country, fruitful social work, taking into account their service before our sovereign state and our people, long years of their selfless and exemplary work as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of great independence of neutral fatherland and International Day of Neutrality, has issued the decree to award several citizens of our country the jubilee medal «Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 30 ýyllygyna».
Taking into account their great service to strengthen independence and sovereignty of our powerful state, to develop economy and culture as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan and International Day of Neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, in accordance with which several executives have been awarded commemorative badges.
Based upon age-old good neighbourhood relations and humane principles of Turkmen people, with a view to assist neighbouring Afghanistan on a systematic and regular basis and to provide an all-round support in economic, social and humanitarian spheres as well as to send a humanitarian aid to the brotherly Afghan people in December, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Order, in accordance with which the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, Ministry of Textile Industry, «Türkmengaz» State Concern, Seydi Oil Refinery, TORC, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs have been assigned to transfer without compensation the related goods and products to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid.
Taking into account their participation and special distinction in organization of the national Pavilion and National Day of Turkmenistan at the high level in the ongoing EXPO-2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, in accordance with which several citizens of our country have been awarded commemorative badges on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.
In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan «On diplomatic service», «On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign countries» and «On consular offices of Turkmenistan abroad» as well as with a view of improvement of activity of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries and ensuring of efficient fulfilment of their obligations placed upon them, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the resolution «On financial affairs of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan».
In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", to further strengthen the economic power and ensure the sustainable development of the state, as well as to organize measures to reduce the impact of difficulties in world economy on the national economy of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Programme for 2022 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
In order to further strengthen the material and technical base of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan in the epoch of might and happiness, to improve their work in growing agricultural products, livestock, poultry and fish farming, as well as establishing the production of various types of products by modernizing the work of subsidiary farms on the basis of modern technologies, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, ordering to create an Economic Department of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country under the State Border Service of Turkmenistan.
For the significant contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, the development of political, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey, strengthening the state and public activities of the international prestige of our country, as well as taking into account the merits in effective assistance to Turkmenistan in increasing the efficiency of training and education of the younger generation, training highly qualified specialists, to award the Order of Turkmenistan "Hyzmatdaşlygy ösdürmäge goşandy üçin" to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
