New printing media, which represents active role of Turkmenistan in regional structures, have been published. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlights that our country always stands for review and search for mutually acceptable solutions of the issues of common agenda based on recognized standards of international law taking into account the interests of all sides and with participation of competent organizations recognizing that only consensus is an efficient format for interstate cooperation.

On December 11, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held extended celebration session of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the matters of foreign policy of independent Motherland in the Ruhiyet Palace of the capital. Members of the State Security Council, heads of Ashgabat and regional administrations, ambassadors of Turkmenistan accredited in foreign states have been invited to take part in the session.

The President of Turkmenistan signed Decrees, according to which Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Federal Republic of Germany (Berlin) Berdimyrat Rejepov is also appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Spain, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Poland and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Kingdom of Denmark.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on granting residence permit to foreign nationals allowing them to reside in our country.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree ""On reception of foreign nationals into the citizenship of Turkmenistan"", authorizing to grant the citizenship of Turkmenistan to the group of stateless persons permanently residing on the territory of our country.

Taking into account big personal contribution to strengthening of independence and legal status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, strengthening of economic power and defensive capability of the Motherland, improvement of its international authority according to the principles of permanent neutrality, provision of safety of the citizens, law and order, success in practical implementation of the programs of development of science, education, culture, art, healthcare and other spheres, merits in education of growing generation in the spirit of love and loyalty to the Motherland, courage, nobility and inspiration, active and fruitful government and social activity, old honest work as well as on occasion of the glorious 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan has awarded «Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplygynyň 25 ýyllygyna» anniversary medal of Turkmenistan to Speaker of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammedova, Vice-premiers, heads of the regions and Ashgabat, heads of the Mejlis’s committees, ministers, heads of the government and public organizations, clergy, directors of universities and institutes of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, TV, radio channels and newspapers, representatives of the Foreign Ministry and diplomatic corps, personnel of the Office of the President, specialists of various spheres of national economy and other people.

On December 11, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation.
