President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held offsite session of the State Security Council. The agenda of the session included outcomes of work of military and law enforcement agencies of the country for eight months of the year.

Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov held a videoconference meeting with Acting Chairman of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Ajmal Ahmadi. During the conversation, the parties focused on the importance of enhancing Turkmen-Afghan cooperation across the entire spectrum of areas.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a videoconference meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov.

In order to improve the procedure for drawing-up and issuing passports to citizens of Turkmenistan, their residence registration, termination of registration, in accordance with the Law ""On Migration"" and the Law ""On internal affairs authority of Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing:

Opening ceremony of new building of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and Olympic Sports Department of Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports has been held with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the Day of Knowledge and Students.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers as well as heads of regional administrations and Ashgabat.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Astanogly Seidov is appointed as Hyakim of Farab Etrap, Lebap Velayat.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Begench Mamedbaev is appointed as Deputy Hyakim of Darganata Etrap, Lebap Velayat.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Minister of Education Turkmenistan for schools and preschool institutions, Merdan Govshudov is severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties and shortcomings in his work.
