Speaking from the rostrum of the Baku Summit of Heads of State or Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the President of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for organizing the meeting, hospitality and cordiality, the atmosphere of cooperation and constructive dialogue.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Baku on a working visit to take part in the XVIII Summit of Heads of State or Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

The ceremony of signing bilateral documents took place in Tokyo in frames of the working visit of the government delegation of Turkmenistan headed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Japan.

The meeting of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Prime Minister of Japan Shinzō Abe had a meeting in the Akasaka Hotel in Tokyo.

In the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is on a working visit to Tokyo, had a meeting with Chairman of the House of Representatives of Japan Tadamori Osima.

Today in the morning, the President of Turkmenistan has held a breakfast meeting with the heads of large companies in Japan in Chinzanso Tokyo Hotel.

The day of the working visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Japan was full of important events.

“I congratulate you on opening of the XXIV International Exhibition and Conference “Oil and gas of Turkmenistan – 2019!” I wish the successful organization of the Forum, aimed at popularizing the achievements of the oil and gas industry of our country and sharing the experience”, says the President of Turkmenistan, addressing participants of the OGT-2019 Forum in Ashgabat.

Mejlis Chairperson Gulshat Mammedova has accepted credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Turkmenistan Samir Veladžić.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Japan on a working visit. The Presidential airliner landed in the International Airport of Tokyo – Haneda.
