For further improvement of life level of the population, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the administration of Dashoguz Velayat is assigned to carry out staged construction of new complex of residential houses and facilities at the territory of S. A. Niyazov etrap. The first phase to be carried out in 20119 – 2022 and the second in 2021 – 2024 as well as to prepare General Plan of new complex of residential houses and facilities in three month.

For popularization of the principles of healthy life style among the population, control of tobacco smoking, further improvement of health condition of the citizens, increment of longevity, efficient measures for turning of Turkmenistan into country free from smoking by 2025, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of Interdepartmental Coordination Commission for implementation of 2017 – 2021 National Programme of implementation of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.

For prevention and combating against non-infectious diseases, increment of longevity of the population, popularization of the principles of healthy life style as well as following the measures and proposals outlined in the Ashgabat Declaration on prevention and combating of non-infectious diseases in our country under the Health 2020 policy of the World Health Organization, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of National Coordination Council for implementation of National Strategy of fulfilment of objectives specified in the above-mentioned Ashgabat Declaration in 2014 – 2020.

For implementation of Health State Programme, further development of health protection system according to international standards, creation of unified preventive system, improvement of management of health protection sphere, coordination of work in health protection of the citizens, control of its realization, implementation of the principles of healthy life style, successful measures for prevention of diseases and development of multiprofile interdepartmental cooperation in health protection sphere, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of Multiprofile Interdepartmental Commission for Health Protection.

For prevention of spread of diseases in the country, health protection of the citizens and further improvement of work in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of Extraordinary Commission of Turkmenistan for combating against spread of diseases.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of number of ministries and departments as well as hyakims of the velayats. The agenda included priority objectives of social and economic development of the regions, course of seasonal agricultural works and other current issues of the state life.

Ashgabat prepares to regular session of the Council of the Heads of the Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States planned on May 31. Necessary organization work is carried out at present time.
