President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on conferment of military rank of the Major General to Chairman of the State Customs Service Colonel Atadurdy Osmanov.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, according to which the group of military and law enforcement personnel of the country has been conferred with military and special ranks and class ranks for honest service of sacred military duty, input to the improvement of defensive capability of the country, taking into account big merits in strengthening of law and order in our society, protection of peace as well as in honour of the Motherland Defender Day.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order, according to which the group of military and law enforcement personnel of the country has been conferred with the State Awards for personal input to the consolidation of the independence of Turkmenistan and strengthening of its defensive capability, provision of security, law and order, for exemplary service to the country taking into account special merits for the state and nation and great achievements as well as in honour of the Motherland defender Day.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the meeting with French delegation, which arrived in Turkmen capital chaired by Director of Continental Europe Countries Department of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic Florence Mangin for bilateral political consultations.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the Programme of Reduction of seismic risk in seismic zones of Turkmenistan and the Action Plan of its implementation for provision of safe social and living, economic and ecological conditions for the population in seismic dangerous zones of the country, detection and calculation of level of seismic danger as well as for reduction of impact of possible earthquakes.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex to finance the payment of remaining part of the contract between the State Concern Türkmennebit and ProBusiness S.R.L. (Italy) on procurement of 2,424 tons of different drilling pipe, which are necessary for drilling and overhaul works at oil and gas deposits.

By the Order of the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the State Concern Türkmennebit Dovletdurdy Hajiyev was reprimanded for unsatisfactory performance and deficiencies admitted in his work.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held digital video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where reports on works in different branches of the economy of the country have been presented.

Meeting with the Energy Charter Secretary General Urban Rusnak who has come to Ashgabat on working visit was held in the Foreign Ministry on January 22.
