President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, announcing the winners of the contest for the best scientific works held in 2018 by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan jointly with the Central Council of Magtymguly Youth Organisation:

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the session in the capital administration with the participation of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers and State Security Council, heads of relative ministries and departments, administration of Ashgabat and its etraps, heads of municipal services. The agenda included the objectives of further urban planning of the capital and maintenance of its infrastructure.

On the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammedova received credentials from Ambassador Republic of Zambia Shadreck C. Luwita.

Second session of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan took place on June 9 where number of new laws and regulations have been enacted. Members of the Government, heads of profile ministries and departments and representatives of mass media were invited to participate in the session.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers where outcomes of work of the branches of national economy for five months of the year have been summed up as well as other issues of the state life and some draft documents have been reviewed.

At the session of the Government of June 8, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the speech to the participants where he outlines the results of the past five months and specified further activities for solution of current obejectives.

Following the principles of mercy and humanity, for further consolidation of the unity and solidarity of Turkmen society and every family as well as in honour of the sacred Night of Power, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on pardoning of the convicts, according to which 611 citizens would be released from further main sentence as imprisonment as well as from additional sentence as living in certain place.

At the session of the Government on June 8, the Head of the State noted consolidating importance of the Day of Science marked in the country on June 12.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected construction projects designed in the context of integrated reform programmes in the capital and velayats aimed at further modernization and development of social, economic, transport, communication and other relative infrastructure.

On the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairperson of Mejlis Gulshat Mammedova received credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Columbia to Turkmenistan Alfonso Lopez Caballero.
