The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having permitted the Hyakimlik of Ashgabat to sign the contract with Turkish «Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.» on project design and construction of multifunctional hotel with business centre “Garagum” at the intersection of A. Niyzov Avenue and Hoja Ahmet Yasavi street with the beautification of adjoining territory. The document assigns to start construction works in September 2018 and to finish the construction of the facility by February 2021.
