International Neutrality Day was celebrated for the first time in Turkmenistan. Celebration events of occasion of the holiday took place in the capital and regions of the country.

The International conference “The policy of neutrality and preventive diplomacy in international relations: Turkmenistan’s experience and its importance” took place in the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Heads and representatives of national diplomatic corps, foreign departments of Central Asian countries – the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and number of other countries took part in the forum held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
