As per tradition, opening ceremonies of new residential buildings were held in different regions of the country on the threshold of International Neutrality Day. Representatives of city, velayat and etrap administrations, public organizations , honoured elders and youth took part in the events.

Opening ceremony of water distribution station, which was built at the territory of Yangala gengeshlyk for provision of stable water supply of rapidly developing region with growing population, has taken place in Gyoktepe etrap.

Opening of new facilities has taken place on the threshold of International Neutrality Day in Kaahka etrap, Ahal Velayat. Hyakim of Ahal Velayat S. Berdimuhamedov, representatives of velayat and etrap administrations, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, construction personnel, elders and youth took part in the events.

The 12th volume of collection “To New Heights of Progress”, which includes programme speeches, interviews and messages of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in 2018, has been published. The book, published in Turkmen, English and Russian languages, was prepared for printing by the Archive Fund of the President of Turkmenistan of the General Archive Department under the Cabinet of Ministers.

Presentation of Arabic translation of the second volume of book of the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan – the Heart of the Great Silk Road” was held in the conference hall of International University of Humanitarian Studies and Development.
