World Intellectual Property Organisation delivers online lecture to Turkmen students

Director of the Department for Transition and Developed Countries (TDC), Michal Svantner and Head of the Section for Caucasian, Central Asian and Eastern European Countries, Ilya Gribkov gave online lecture on the activities of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to Turkmen students and university professors. WIPO representatives informed the audience about the structure of the organization, educational programmes used to expand knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual property. Particular attention was paid to international instruments for the protection of intellectual property, including the use of relevant standards in this area.
