A new housing estate, with the relevant technical, road and transport infrastructure, will be built in the Abadan district of Ashgabat. According to the project, the 32 hectares of land will be built up with: 35 4-storey buildings (32 flats each) for 1120 families; a kindergarten for 160 children; a secondary school for 600 students; and a large mall. The project is scheduled to be implemented in two phases in five years. The Ministry of Industry will be the project customer.
