At the meeting of the government, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave instructions on ensuring on public holidays the clear work of public services, medical institutions, trade enterprises, public transport, and the uninterrupted functioning of energy and water supply systems. The Head of the state instructed the vice-premiers to hold meetings with the heads of the supervised ministries and departments in order to discuss the issues of organizing duty on holidays, as well as to prepare their order. This instruction President addressed to the heads of regional administrations as well, noting that on holidays the duty officers should be appointed in each khyakimlik, ministry and department. Vice Premier B.Annamededov was instructed to prepare the order of duty on the whole in the country and to keep under constant control all relevant issues, and the heads of law enforcement agencies - to ensure the rule of law so that the Turkmen people can calmly and happily spend New Year's holidays.
