Rapidly transforming into a modern megapolis, with every passing day, Ashgabat has proved itself as one of the most beautiful and comfortable for living cities in the region and the world. In recent years, the whole blocks of beautiful buildings and structures have adorned the dynamically renewed architectural ensemble of the Turkmen capital. In the near future, the main city of the country will be decorated with new buildings, the design and construction of which is entrusted to the long-standing business partner of Turkmenistan - the French company Bouygues Bâtiment International. Today, Ashgabat has become a recognized centre of the constructive cooperation in the regional and global scale, as well as the city that attracts many foreign tourists and travelers, wishing to learn more about the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people and its modern achievements. This makes it necessary to create all conditions to hold major international events and receive foreign guests, the number of which is constantly growing. Thus, among the future new buildings are the complex of buildings of the International Congress Centre and a fashionable hotel that will rise along the Chandybil Avenue. These original objects will become original ‘visiting cards’ of our capital. In the same part of the city the new administrative offices of the Türkmenbaşy State Commercial Bank and the Senagat Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, equipped with advanced equipment will be built there. Another new building to be erected in a picturesque corner of Ashgabat, along the Kopetdag Avenue is the Government Tribune, designed to hold state events and celebrations on occasion of national holidays and significant dates. The President of Turkmenistan keeps under constant control all stages of their development and implementation, emphasizing the importance of an innovative, creative, detailed approach to the solution of tasks, including aesthetic and ecological aspects, the improvement of territories adjoining to the objects, creation of the necessary social, engineering, technical and transport and communication infrastructure. Great importance is also attached to the further modernization of the national health care system. In the next few years, its infrastructure will be replenished by the International Burn Centre designed for 130 places, which will be built in Ashgabat in accordance with the Resolution signed by the Turkmen leader at the beginning of this month. Along with this, particular attention is paid to the improvement of the material and technical base of the spa area that envisages the construction of new health resorts. In turn, the scales of the construction works carried out and planned in the capital and in general in Turkmenistan stipulate the importance of solving the tasks on increasing the competitiveness of the national construction industry, building up its potential, and attracting private business to this sector. Thus, the current and future architectural premieres vividly testify to the real results of the far-sighted constructive policy pursued by the Turkmen leader and the country's confident movement along the path of prosperity and progress.
