Scientific and practical conference “The Constitution of Turkmenistan: New Historical Age and National Practice of Development” will be held in the Centre of Non-Governmental Organizations and timed to coming Constitution Day and the State Flag Day. The main purpose of the forum is to highlight historical reforms carried out in the country as well as to exchange the practice. The conference will be held in three sectional session on the following subject: “The Constitution of Turkmenistan: Triumph of Democracy and Development”, “The Role of National Legal System in Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan” and “Turkmenistan is the Heart of the Great Silk Road: Importance of International Initiatives of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in the Provision of Stable Development”.
