The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving: the membership of the State Commission on assessing the artistic level of scenarios, plays, novels, stories and poems; the membership of the State Commission on identifying the list of artists, whose sculptural images will be erected in Ashgabat and the regions of Turkmenistan and selecting the sculptures to be erected; the membership of the expert council of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan to assess the quality, artistic expression, uniqueness and the compliance of monuments, sculptures and portraits to be placed in the cities, on the streets, in buildings and other places to originals.
