By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Jumagalych Jumagalyjov was appointed as the Chairman of the State Commercial Bank Turkmenbashy and released for the post of the Deputy Chairman of this bank. By the Decree of the Head of the State, Ahmet Gylychdurdiyev was released from the position of the Chairman of the State Commercial Bank Turkmenbashy for serious deficiencies admitted in his work.
