The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management to sow the wheat around the country and produce the production of the yield in relevant volume based on the contracts with farming associations, agricultural facilities, farmers and landlords together with the hyakimliks of the velayats. In general, it is planned to allocate 760 hectares of land for winter crops and produce 1,600,000 tons of grain in 2019.
