State award ceremony of military and law enforcement personnel took place according to the order of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Officers, ratings, cadets and personnel of security structures presented to the awards for the merits in strengthening and protection of the state independence, protection of territorial integrity and Constitution of Turkmenistan, improvement of defence capability of the motherland, provision of peace of the citizens, education of the Motherland defenders in the spirit of courage and patriotism. According to the Decree signed by Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the group of military and law enforcement personnel of Turkmenistan have been awarded with military and special titles and ranks. Receiving the awards, the participants of awards who dedicated their life to the protection of the country, kissed the State Flag of Turkmenistan, having bent their knees, as a sign of the faith to military oath, loyalty to the Motherland and willingness to protect peaceful life.
