The city of Dashoguz has hosted the grand opening of a modern four-story residential building. The new house (with 16 three- and four-room apartments) located on Shagadam Street was built under a cost-sharing scheme of construction by specialists of a private enterprise, Sulgun. Together with other apartment buildings now under construction here, it will be part of an emerging contemporary residential area in the city. The spacious three- and four-room apartments offer ample living space and have a total area of 171 and 204 square meters respectively with a ceiling height of 3.30 meters. They also boast roomy enclosed balconies, modernly furnished kitchens with a separate drying space. In a word, builders and designers did their best to create maximum comfort for the dwellers. The area adjacent to the building is well tended and well lit. A renovated rural Health House has reopened its doors in the village of Boiynbash, Yagtylyk gengeshlik, Gerogly etrap. Specialists of Dashoguzobagurlushyk Production Associtation completed the extensive renovation work as part of the National Program of the President of Turkmenistan for improving social conditions of the population of villages, settlements, etrap towns and etrap centers until 2020. The Health House boasts a pharmacy, a physiotherapy room, consultation rooms for a dentist and obstetrician-gynecologist, a day patient facility, an X-ray room, surgical wards, a laboratory, and others. All the rooms are well-equipped with up-to-date medical facilities to deliver a wide spectrum of outpatient care and diagnostic services. The existing utility and support facilities that ensure a reliable supply of heat, water and electricity to the Health House have also been refurbished. The area adjacent to the healthcare facility has been improved and landscaped as well. Notably, two new modern general-education schools and several road bridges have been built in Yagtylyk gengeshlik in the last few years with tens of kilometers of roads reconstructed in line with the National Development Program. Among those attending the opening ceremony were representatives of regional, city and etrap khyakimliks, labor collectives and public organizations, elders and youth. Music and songs filled the air during the festive event. The best builders received valuable gifts.
