For provision of reliable supply of power energy to consumers, financing of the construction of Ahal – Balkan and Balkan – Dashoguz high-voltage power lines, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs to undertake loan agreement of behalf of the beneficiary with the Asian Development Bank. The document assigns the State Energy Corporation “Turkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan to enter into relevant local loan agreement with the Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs as well as allows concluding the Project Agreement with the Asian Development Bank.
