All conditions have been made in 14 children health improving centres of Gyokdere and five children centres in the velayats to welcome children during winter holidays on January 2 – 11. The Ministry of Education together with the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and public organizations prepared the programme of New Year celebration in children health improving centres including the performance of theatre and art bands, young artists and permanent characters of this celebration Ayazbaba and Garpamyk. In addition, various art and thematic contest, sport competitions will also be held.
