On January 21, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Philippines (with the residence in Tokyo) G. Elyasov has presented his credentials to President of the Republic of Philippines Rodrigo Roa Duterte. During the meeting, the greetings and best wishes of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov have been conveyed to the leader of friendly country.
