President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the following Orders: On conferment of the second qualification class to Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan of the third qualification class G. Halliyev; On conferment of the class rank of the State Counsellor of Justice to Senior Counsellor of Justice B. Atdayev.
