The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on improvement of the order of appointment of directors of scientific, research and educational institutes of the ministries, departments and Academy of the Science and universities of the country. The document provides the orders of appointment of the directors of the above-mentioned scientific, research and educational institutes.
