The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which National Space Agency under the President of Turkmenistan is transferred under the authority of Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan and named as the Space Department of this Agency. The document assigns the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan to prepare and approve the Draft Provision on the Space Department of Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency in set order. The Ministry is assigned together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on amendments and addendums of the legislation of the country following from this Provision in one month period.
