The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Magtumguly Institute of Language and Literature and National Institute of Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences are merged together and Magtumguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences was established on their base. Magtumguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences was assigned as the successor of Magtumguly Institute of Language and Literature and National Institute of Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences. The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan is assigned to develop and approve the Draft Provision on Magtumguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts in set order. The document also assigns the Academy of Science together with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and present the proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation of the country following from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.
