The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Study of National Production Turnover is assigned to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations. The Ministry of Trade and Foreign economic Relations of Turkmenistan is assigned as the successor of the Institute of Study of National Production Turnover. Organizational structure of the central office of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Affairs was approved. The document assigns the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Affairs together with the Ministry of Justice to Justice to prepare and present the proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation of the country following from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers in one month period.
