According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov was sent to Tunis on February 7 – 9, 2019 for political consultations between foreign departments of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tunisia as well as for discussion of the subjects of bilateral cooperation. It is planned that heads of foreign departments of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tunisia would exchange the opinions on current directions of the partnership including under the United Nations and other competent international structures.
