The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution according to which four livestock complexes, which ae currently under construction in Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayats, were transferred to the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs – the subcontractors of these facilities, as a private property. It was done for creation of wide opportunities for development of the entrepreneurship in the country, attraction of investments, improvement of efficiency of socially oriented market economy and further improvement of the partnership between the Government and private sector in all branches of the economy. According to the document, construction and installation works have to accomplished in December 2020.
