According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and according to the Law of Turkmenistan on International Agreements of Turkmenistan: The Director of Turkmen State Architectural and Construction Institute was permitted to sign the 2019 – 2023 Action Plan for the Fulfilment of the Memorandum of Understanding between Turkmen State Architectural and Construction Institute and Bucharest Technical University of Civil Construction from Turkmen side; The Director of Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management was permited to sign 2019 – 2023 Action Plan for the fulfilment of the Memorandum of Understanding on Educational, Scientific and Research Cooperation between Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management and Bucharest University of Economic Sciences from Turkmen side.
