The President of Turkmenistan has signed Orders, authorizing the higher education institutions listed below to send academic staff members on study tours to the following countries to keep up to date with global best practices: State Energy Institute – to the Republic of Korea; State Academy of Arts, Turkmen Institute of Municipal Services, Oguzkhan University of Engineering Technologies – to Japan; Turkmen State Finance Institute, Turkmen State Institute of Economy and Management – to the People’s Republic of China; Turkmen Agricultural Institute, National Institute of Sport and Tourism – to Romania; International University for the Humanities and Development – to the Republic of Austria.
