The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Foreign and Affairs and the State Department for Caspian Sea Affairs under the President of Turkmenistan are assigned to hold the talks with the representatives of Caspian States on March 11 – 13 for discussion of the Draft Agreement between the Governments of Caspian States on Cooperation in Search and Rescue Works in Caspian Sea.
